When a family loses one or both parents, not only do they have to cope with the trauma
of losing someone very close and dear, but also the loss of a regular source of income, which provides the basic life requirements.
140 Million Children are orphaned and left to struggle to survive. Nearly 92 million have a surviving mother with whom they most likely live.
Orphans and vulnerable children are deprived of their first line of protection. -Their parents. Children without the guidance and protection of their primary caregivers are often more vulnerable and at risk of becoming victims of violence, exploitation, trafficking, discrimination or other abuses. In conflict situations, involuntary separation from both family and community protection, sometimes across national borders, greatly increases the child’s risk of exposure to violence, physical abuse, exploitation and even death.

How do you define an orphan?
An orphan is defined as a child who has lost one or both parents or whose father has abandoned them for a minimum of four years, regardless of gender, religion or race”.

’Help them build a Brighter future, For as little as £3 per month’.
The orphan general fund program runs in many countries, this will allow you to help more than one orphan. Donations that are collected are used for projects that benefit orphans and their families. Many of the projects are made especially for the orphan children & their families’ needs.
Regular donations of any amount can make a considerable difference in the service we provide to orphans and their families. Also this allows us to help those most in need where it is not possible to set up a feasible sponsorship scheme. Please help them build a brighter future for as little as £3 a month through direct debit to the Orphan Fund.

Orphans Sponsorship
Sponsoring an orphan allows you to build a relationship
with a child who needs help very much and gives you an insight into their lives.
To participate in our orphan sponsorship programme you can either:
Sponsor an individual orphan on a monthly basis
Make a general donation to our orphans projects fund
Contribute to the Orphans Waqf Fund

How are the orphans selected?
The criterion for the selection of an orphan is determined by the situation of the child. In many of the countries where we work the fathers are the sole breadwinners. When they die their widows are left unable to support the family. This is why we sponsor children who have lost their father as well as those who have lost both parents.
